Why username has to be a valid e-mail address?

The username is not modifiable after registration, it is used to identify the user. Initially, the system will use the preregistered fix e-mail address to authenticate a user during security related support communications with the user. The system will not be able to provide security related support to an account with invalid value for its username as an e-mail address. Invalid e-mail address includes non-reachable addresses, addresses that are inaccessible to the user, etc. |
